Rosemont Preserve Habitat Restoration

Join AFC’s Urban Conservation Fellows and College Interns at Rosemont Preserve in La Crescenta!
Help maintain this special resource for the community and wildlife. Restoration tasks can range from removing invasive species, maintaining the trails and bioswale, and more.
Please bring water, sunscreen, and work gloves. We recommend wearing pants, long sleeves, and sturdy shoes. If available, feel free to bring any of the following tools: shovels, spades, loppers, hatchets, clippers. Other tools and equipment will be available.
The Preserve is located in La Crescenta at the north end of Rosemont Avenue, just past the chain link fence. Parking is available at Two Strike Park, 5107 Rosemont Ave, where bathrooms are located.
