Cottonwood Canyon Habitat Restoration

Join AFC at Cottonwood Canyon in Pasadena!

We’re working to keep this critical corridor thriving for wildlife. Restoration tasks can range from removing invasive species, planting native ones, sheet mulching, and more. 

Please bring water, sunscreen, and work gloves. We recommend wearing pants, long sleeves, and sturdy shoes. If available, feel free to bring any of the following tools: shovel, loppers, or trowel. Other tools and equipment will be available.⁠

Volunteers meet at 1966 Linda Vista Avenue, Pasadena. Street parking available – please use caution when crossing Linda Vista as cars drive by quickly around the bend.
