Full Moon Hike with Jason Wise

Join certified naturalist Jason Wise and the Friends of Sunshine for a special full moon hike at Sunshine Preserve in Glendale! At this educational night hike to experience our local “nightlife” including owls and night blooming flowers, we’ll explore our local environment as the landscape shifts from day to sunset to night. Learn about the ways in which both flora and fauna shift along with it – you’ll get to know bats, night blooming flowers, owls, and other nocturnal creatures. We’ll also explore the ways in which our own eyes adjust (or don’t) to darkness with a couple of fun games.
This event requires registration and tickets are donation based. To reserve your spot visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/full-moon-nature-night-hike-tickets-1979371600741
