AFC is proud to partner with the California Climate Action Corps (CCAC), a statewide service program dedicated to addressing the climate crisis. Corpsmembers complete an 11-month fellowship term working for an organization building climate resiliency. This 2025-2026 term, AFC is hosting two Urban Conservation CCAC fellows.

Through this partnership, CCAC fellows contribute to AFC’s efforts by supporting key initiatives, including land management, wildlife research, and educational field trips for students. These projects not only enhance AFC’s capacity but also advance climate action by preserving urban green spaces and empowering youth and community with environmental education.
