Come spend mindful, intentional time at the Rosemont Preserve doing what the Japanese call shinrin-yoku or forest bathing. Elena de la Cruz will be guiding us through this unique opportunity to slow down and be with Mother Earth by walking slowly and waking up our senses to the wonder around us. Studies have shown forest bathing can promote health and happiness.

(Please be aware we might be in the sun at some point, bring a hat, water, sunblock and your curiosity!)
