Join us on a tour led by local history expert Frank Colcord to learn about the history of the Rosemont Preserve, and the last 150 years of Crescenta Valley history. Who were Col. Pickens, Dr. Benjamin Briggs, and the Bathey family (you may ask!) and how did these settlers to La Crescenta come to make their homes in and around the Rosemont Preserve? We will cover it all!

If you haven’t yet watched it, AFC’s History of Rosemont video is a terrific introduction to this topic, and is an ideal precursor to this tour!

This event is free suitable for all ages. There is an event limit of 25 people, so if you’d like to participate, you must RSVP to reserve your spot.

To register, please email [email protected] to reserve your spot on the tour.
